All Returns are subject to the following conditions:

We will accept returns on most items sold on our website.

Returns must be made within three days of when the order is received.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Products can only be returned if the original packaging is still intact (i.e. cellophane, plastic wrap, box, etc.)

Products must be returned in the original box they were sent in, with all of the original packaging material.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
To obtain return authorization, please call us at 219-476-4222 or email us at sales@onesourcedistribution.com.  We will issue you a return authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the shipping label (shown above as XXX).
